OK, just a real quick question. When Zagstruk and his Vulcha Boyz DS it states they may not shoot but may assault. Would this mean that if I called a WAAAAAGH! on the turn they entered combat could Zag and his boyz make a fleet move, and then assault as normal? I would figure this to be a yes as it sorta reminds me of DA's BSing and needing to reload, they can still fleet the turn after despite losing their option to shoot. Thanks in advance!

Jump Infantry don't get to Fleet from the Waaagh! rule. It only affects Infantry.

Waaagh! is most probably not supposed to be included in Zagstruk's rules, as it doesn't appear in his army list entry, and doesn't actually give him any benefit as he is not Infantry.

insaniak is right. Also, at least in 4th, Fleet is movement and DSing models may not move the turn they DS. The Vulcha Boyz ability to assault after DSing specifically overrules this, but the Fleet rule does not.
