I think that the site should have some sort of a points scheme, whereas you can give users that have helped you a point, and those that are just being trolls a thumbs down. Many forums have implemented as system like this, and I think that given the nature of the forum, it would be useful.

This might be hard to determine. What do I give Stelek when he is being a douche to me but at the same time doled out some really good advice? I think too many people will be inclined to give him a -1 saying "Why are you so mean" then actually rate his advice. The same goes for Tegus-Cromus. He is very cheeky and witty but he has very solid advice.
