For reasons I would rather not get into I am in possesion of 100 daemonites. So Here are two lists that make use of them. Which on your opinion sucks least or what MINOR changes would you make to make either more competitive.

Army 1.
4 squads of 20 daemonets. 1 squad with an Icon
1 squad of 5 Daemonetes
1 squad of 11 daemonets with an Icon
Skabrand.

Drop 4 squads of 20 first, then drop Skabrand and the 5 and 11 daemonite squad second.

If Skabrand and the 2 small squads have to land first drop them out of LOS as much as possible and wait for more girls to arrive.

Army 2
4 squads of 19 daemonets
1 squad of 20 daemonets 1 with an icon
4 Hearalds of slanesh on chariots + unholy might, 1 with an icon

Drop 5 squads of daemonets first then 4 hearlds later.

If the heralds drop first drop them out of los if possible and wait for more girls to arrive.

The advantage of Army 2 is that 96 daemonets drop all at once (66% of the time), making it a real hord. The advantage of the Skabrand army is that 80 daemets drop first and his rage helps daemonets more than just about any other kind of troop in the game.

Let me know.

Take advice but the list is quite new. You should playtest the various options yourself.

With V5 in mind.
*How do you intend to take on vehicles with these lists?
*Thats a truckload of demonettes. Impressive.

-"Wait a minute.....who is that Frazz is talking to in the gallery? Hmmm something is going on here.....Oh.... it seems there is some dispute over video taping of some sort......Frazz is really upset now..........wait a minute......whats he go there.......is it? Can it be?....Frazz has just unleashed his hidden weiner dog from his mini bag, while quoting shakespeares "Let slip the dogs the war!!" GG
-"Don't mind Frazzled. He's just Dakka's crazy old dude locked in the attic. He's harmless. Mostly."

Well against skimmers Im toast for sure, but under 5th CC attacks against vehicles with no WS go against rear armor. If true then the girls will eat the tanks.

That is one version of the rumors (which I am counting on as well). If true you will do well but also have probs against monos and Landraiders.

Have you played either of these yet?

Well the rules are due out in a month. Advance copies (not the leaked PDF but actual advance copies) are floating about so the rumors are getting more and more firm.

Against Mono's I plan to do what everyone does, ignore it and go for cron phase out.

Against raiders Skabrand is str 9 +26 on the charge and gets 7 attacks (tough he will be targeted by every heavy weapon on the board and will likely die in the first turn...

I like Army 2 far more than Army 1. The Big Inning concept is a winner here.

All in all, fact is that Warhammer 40K has never been as balanced as it is now, and codex releases have never been as interesting as they are now (new units and vehicles and tons of new special rules/strategies each release -- not just the same old crap with a few changes in statlines and points costs).

I play tested the Skabrand list against an mechanised all sister witch hunter list, it was wiped out. However sisters with 9 flamers 2 heavy flamer and an immoliator may have been about the worst possible army to face.

I land, they drive up and burn 30 or so models. I assualt and suddenly all the sisters have invulnerable 3+ saves. It was'nt pretty.

Here is another thought.

First Wave
4 squads of 20 damonettes

Second Wave
Skabrand
2 hearalds of slanesh on chariots with icons and unholy might.
2 Fiends of slanesh

The advantages here are that if squad 2 drops first I have 2 icons to bring squad 1 down with, Squad 2 is all assualt 12 + fleet (except skabarand) so can afford to drop out of los and still have a chance to assualt turn 2.

If squad 1 drops first Icons are not needed as squad 2 is full of small troops that can afford to drop away from the action durring their paralysis turn.

Yes the Nuns with guns can be impressive. I had one toast two carnies with excorcists and a cheeka with the 2+ invulnerable hold up my broodlord and friends for three turns. Chicks with flamers. Bad.
