You have a tarpit unit, which can be beaten down or ignored...or the enemy can just shoot all your tzeentch troops dead and take the rest of your army head on.
Don't think you can protect your Tzeentch guys effectively with Nurgle...there are few armies this works against.

Just a Question, have you read the Chaos Daemons Codex? I;m guessing that you haven't as you would know of the Daemonic Assault Special Rule. Beginning of my first time i divide the army into 2 - Having roughly equal numbers of squads. Pick a squad and roll a D6. on a 3+ that group comes in, on a 1 or 2 the others come in. So Daemons of Nurgle enter first, and DS the rest in. The plan is for Nurgle to be shot while Tzeentch is in reserves and just deep strikes in.
Other then that, some help would be nice

first, bad idea, youll find out soon what im talking about...
anyways,
flamers are nasty, take them.
you have ZERO assault capabilities. tzeentch is well just obviously so incredibly bad in CC that even tau would have a hard time loosing to a unit of horrors. and plague bearers just take a pounding but give none back. seekers/feinds/hounds would go a long way as a counter charge unit.
you have one bolt. one weapon above str 4 in the whole army. good luck against mech armies.
you will be either out shot or out assaulted by nearly everything.

I've found the Bloodletters are nasty if you can save them from being gunned down when they DS in.

He's right you know. Disrespect is always a bad idea, but when it comes to Stelek.... it's like they say, don't poke the bear. In this case, the bear is actually 5 or 6 bears taped together, which makes them understandably touchy.
you have ZERO assault capabilities.
You would be fine here, if 1 or 2 things were true. Plaguebearers had Hit and Run, or Pink Horrors could shoot into close combat.
you have one bolt. one weapon above str 4 in the whole army. good luck against mech armies.
Two, and 1 breath, but who's counting? Now, The dreaded 'mechanized lists' aren't a mortifying problem in a 1000 point army (they can only fit the one land raider if they're mean about it). But imagine a budget squad of terminators, or a mob of nobz with a painboy? they'll just snack away on whatever you leave out.
Now, the list itself. As you said you want a nurgle/tzeentch list, I'll try to avoid suggesting any slaanesh/khorne units. Try.

I personally can't wrap my head around the point to Nurgle Heralds, as they're virtually useless in CC, and in a squad the breath is useless, frankly. Too slow a group to pull off, and he'll get picked out in CC right away. If you feel you need 2 heralds, run two Tzeentch heralds. Otherwise, just one is fine with the extra points on a squad of some kind. No such thing as too many bodies at 1000 points, especially for daemons.

Better choice, though I prefer mine on chariots. T4 5 wounds, Jump Infantry. for 15 points more. again, I don't run mine in horror squads, as I assume you intend to here, but if I were to, I would insist on giving them 'We Are Legion'. That way, his BS4 bolt can single out transports/etc. so you're not wasting the entire squad's shots on AV11+. my ideal heralds are 'chariot, breath, master of sorcery.' 100 points, zoomy and nasty as hell. I have an unhealthy obsession with greater daemons though, take pretty much anyone else's opinion on heralds over mine

Good. at 1000 points, it'll take a hell of alot of fire to put any kind of serious dent in these. With 2, you've got a rock-solid anchor. As far as gifts go, nix the noxious touch. changing 1 attack from 'wound on 4+ to wound on 2+', without getting a power weapon or higher WS for 10 pt is a joke. The instrument is fine, though I only ever bother if I'm 5-9 or so points short on my list. Also, snag the icons off the heralds, and throw them in the plaguebearers. That way, the icon model is the last guy to die 90%+ of the time, instead of getting picked off first turn like the herald.

This group's just fine. drop them away from assaulters, near as many shooty squads as you can, and light up infantry with that warpfire. Come turn 2, watch your opponent become paranoid about lighting up his own troops

Again, alright. Probably a bit much, having 2 full 10 man squads, though I imagine both landing near eachother and focus firing 1 target would devastate anybody without Power Armor. Thankfully, you can force morale checks on virtually anybody's troops with 10 horrors, or just knock ~8 boyz off a mob caught out of cover. Anything besides rank-and-file though, and they'll just laugh it off.

ah, the suicide bolt squad. Good on paper for smashing the pants off the rear armor of a vindicator, whirlwind, dreadnought that's going to trouble you in future turns. But I just can't do it, it's too unreliable. Haha, A Daemon player complaining because something is too unreliable, I know. Revoke my membership card, right? Missing your BS3 bolt on the first turn means you're never gonna get to try again. 5 T3 4+ save creatures are not hard to smear across the table. At 1000 points though, you can get away with it. I'd say keep it.
Things to add. Flamers are rather tasty. A Soul Grinder is always nice, As would a daemon prince. You can bring either the nurgle or tzeentch "standard" loadouts, they're both great and would be great in this army. They're generally the following:
Nurgle Prince
Daemon Prince: Mark of Nurgle, Iron hide, Noxious Touch, Cloud of Flies, and some kind of shooty if you so desire, works great without as well.
Tzeentch Prince ("sniper prince")
Daemon Prince: Mark of Tzeentch, Bolt of Tzeentch, Daemonic Gaze
iron hide is, afaik, usually left off the sniper prince, and his monsterous creature status is mostly a deterrent for assaulters.
any of these would bring some much-needed oomph to your list, but yes they're very pricey for 1000 point lists. In the same vein, you could consider a Great Unclean One too. at 1000 points, they're unbelievably good at soaking fire, and still eat their way through enemies, though slowly and surely.
/
I wish you the best of luck! You have to be a bigger man than I to run daemons while specifically limiting yourself to (a) god/god(s) The only time I can bring myself to field mono-god lists (or anything that's not a dab of every god, really) would be mono-khorne (has most of my favorite units already), or mono-nurgle( epidemius, you fat cheating slob), but even then you'd probably need to get a few beers in me first
