Made a Preheresy Night Lords Hit and run Army

3 Raptor Squads * 20 men with Champ with Power fist

1or 2 not sure yet Chaos Casters with Jump pack and Lash And slannesh

2 Marine squads of 5 total

3 Havoc squads 5 men * 4 Rockets

and Plague Marines are great not sure if you bashed or helped them.

Take two winged lash Princes, 9 Obliterators, two 5 men CSM squads, and fill the rest with Raptors.
Anyway, I like your list. Nice preheresy idea.
