Guess that was a prety bad call, putting a local reference on an international forum. My bust, Orlanth. Anyway, in the USA we put portraits of Presidents from our past on our money. Different denominations get different Presidents. Hence, a "Dead President" is, in this case, money.

"All About the Benjamins" references an exception to this, as Benjamin Franklin wasn't a President.
