I recently got the sisters codex and have been looking at making an army list this is what i have so far

Before 5th I'd have said Repentia weren't worth taking even in a fun list. Now? Maybe. You'll need to pick their target really carefully (avoid anything with too many attacks) and I'd walk them behind one or two of your Immolators. Why the Stormtroopers? Battle Sisters do the same job better for about the same points and add faith points. Plus the sisters models are cooler. Also, its worth getting meltas into those battle sister squads. The rest of the squad already provides plenty of bolter fire and your never going to want to move such that only the 1 storm Bolter shoots so it really helps to have the flexibility of the melta shot in there.

On your inquisitor, I'd avoid the force weapon personally, it costs alot for what you get out of it. Try an Eviscerator. On the other hand, consider giving your IL Purgatus. I've found it great in conjunction with Divine Pronouncement when facing things like Force Commanders and IG Officers. Plus, Farseers hate being Ld 7. Its only 15 points if you already have a IL. Scourging seems like overkill here given that you already have DP and a plasma pistol. Retinue wise remember that with the powerfist changes those combat servitors are going down to 1 attack, you might consider Crusaders or Gun Servitors instead.

I don't think Cannonesses can take landraider, even with Celestian retinue... you might want to check that.

On the Inquisitor Lord, you have a LOT of things going on in that unit that don't really help it. It looks like you want to do melee, but you have a lot of sages, penitents and other things that just add 6+ save wounds to lose.
I would scrape out a lot of that, leaving just The Inq Lord with force weapon (not terribly worth it, but what's a WH Inq to take?) a bolt pistol, maybe the digital weapon, 3 Crusaders (a lot of Str 3 power weapons and invulnerable saves), 2 acolytes with mancatchers and power armor (or carapace, I can't remember the points), one familiar, and two chiurgeons. I have played with just that, only in a land raider and with one power fist servitor, a power stake, and an extra acolyte, and it is pretty fun. I stripped the psycic powers because you can't use them in melee, though scourging for the assault shooting on the way in can be nice.

On the other Inq, I gotta ask just how often you see psykers. Really. At anyrate, stripping the unit down to just heavy bolters (or 2 HB and one plasma cannon), 2 sages and maybe scourging or some other shooty thing on the Inquisitor is probably all you need. For extra tricksey, make it an allied DH Inquisitor, give it a psycannon, 2 HB servitors, 1 Plasma Servitor, 2 Mystics and 2 Sages, with a possible 3 combi-plasma acolytes. Drop in 4+ cover and shoot the devil out of things.

Repentia can be fun (I run them for fun games) but a priest is a really handy thing to put in the unit. Rerolling hits is pretty necessary since you only get 2 on the charge. Maybe not optimal since he is expensive, but if you are running repentia, optimal should be far from your plans .

For the storm troopers, don't take them unless you are going to give them plasma. That's the only thing they do better than Sisters. Five storm troopers in a rhino or chimera with 2 plasma guns are worth it. 10 with things Sisters can carry are not.

As a general note, try not to weigh your inquisitors down too much. It is really cool that they can take a bajillion things, but generally less is more. They are still Str3 T3 models when it is all said and done.
