If Aiyana's magic denial spell is up can Goreshade cast soul gate on a model with in 10" of her? Now mind you Goreshade is more then 10" away from Aiyana.

I believe the wording on Soul Gate is that the target of the
spell is the Warjack itself. Depending on the wording of the
aiyana spell, if it prevents casting of spells within then a
spell effect can end within 10", it just can't be cast within
that 10". Therefore a warjack CAN be soul gated into her
10" area of effect.

What about arc-nodes inside 10"?

The warcaster is still the casting model so as long as they are outside of the denial zone you can arc it.
