Alright, I know that

1. there is no FW model for a greater demon of Tzeentch.. I always hated that.
2. there are rules and guidelines to make gigantic Nid creatures (VDR equivalent).
3. that it is time to play Apo.
4. that it is time to kick the Imperium's butt with some magic demon-power !

Take those 4 points and add a bit of madness and you'll get the biggest demon sculpting project ever done (at least I think so :ph43r: )

I will base this Lord of Change on the GW model, but will do slight changes due to it's monstrous size.

Looking good so far. Just a small point though, which is hard to make having not seen the model it goes with yet.... Given the length of the staff, should it not be a bit thicker? It looks a little on the spindly side at the moment. But as I say, I don't know what it is going with.

Feet look too small for legs...

I don't think they are..it's just the pictures maybe...

So, I'm not that an expert on anatomy (sp?), but I think the finished left leg looks at least a bit convincing






...I know there's kind of a gap between the legs, but I will fill that in...no, not with what you might think, dirty followers of Slaanesh :-P

It's a Lord of Change. In fact all of it should look a bit too large or a bit too small or a bit off.. Since the Lord is constantly changing, what better way to show that ?

Catch a pigeon? No serious you might consider a wire structre and glue artifical feathers to it.

hmmm..know a good source for getting those ?

you may have a look out on angel costumes, not that easy to find them at this time of year. Maybe a decoration shop but they have mostly down feathers. I really have no idea were to get flight feathers from. Unless you have a farm near you.
