Assault squads don't benefit from BT rules.
Bike squads with meltas are good enough for tank busting, don't need the extra.
Split the speeders up into squadrons.
Bring more dreads or none.
Bionics...ugh. Don't bother.
Witch vow is generally best for free moves...
Termies are great.
LRC for the troops with blessed hull, but if you do...bring two.
Sword brethren are ok, but termies are generally better.

I concur with Stelek on all his points.
Here are a couple of addendums to consider:
Attack Bike Squadrons of 2 are a little tougher than a Bike Squadron of 3, at the expense of a Melta Weapon. The increased range (from 3 Meltaguns to 2 Multi-Meltas) is definitely a boon.
Sword Brethren will become a good bit better in 5th, if I read the prerelease copy at my FLGS. Infiltrate will give them the Outflank option, giving them a chance of reaching and enemy squad intact.
You can also dish out Terminator Honors on a 1-by-1 basis, meaning you only have to pay for it on the models that count (i.e., the Lightning Claw Pair SB and the Power Weapon SB).
In short, they're better, but Terminators are still your best bet. Assuming they don't nerf them in the FAQ, BT Termies will be the only ones that can be fielded in squads of 6 or more, and will be able to take more than one heavy weapon (after C:SM).

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling, which thinks that nothing is worth war, is much worse. The person, who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."

I'd take another Dread for shooty support.
The shield in the Assault squad is useless, at least in the 4th ed.
You could free some points by taking a Reclusiarch instead of a MoS.
Rhinos are death traps, drop it and let the squad footslog.
