When falling back in 4th, any unit could fire as they ran (but counted as moving)...

In 5th on page 46 it is written "troops that are falling back"

Does this mean only troops selections can fire while falling back?

I doubt it.

Unless 5th has new conventions, troops is a genaric term, while Troops is used to mean to the FOC slot.

It should read "units that are falling back" but their choice of words will probably produce a handful of arguments until they FAQ it.

Still, I think the FAQ for 5th will be shorter than the one for 4th (not including the many clarifications that will be needed for the 4th edition codex books.)
