I don't know who Celestia is, but with all those weapons she's a badass. Illegal, but still...wow.

There are no psykers in a celestian squad, and they cannot take force weapons...

Anyway might I suggest you buy the Codex, or if you own it...read it again? Or get Army Builder?

Is your canoness shooting or assaulting? In 5thE you won't need a blessed weapon if she is with the celestians.
I would revise this unit as:
Canoness with evisorator, mantle, book, and cloak. Why the mantle you may ask? so you can designate a PF hit to her in CC and not have a model die. I personally also like the litanies to give the whole unit invulsaves for a turn of CC where you will be hit with alot of power weapons. Also... 9 celestians and a rhino make this unit very good, especially if the vet in the celestian squad has an evisorator also

again, only nine and have them run in a rhino, give this unit an evisorator, heavy flamer and melta... not sure the standard is worth the points.... if you lose combat your leadership is unmodified, if you win, one extra "wound" is not worth the 50pts,

no stormbolter... it is a waste of points. If you can come up with a situation where the storm bolter would be better these sisters aren't doing their job. either 4 flamers or 4 meltas, don't mix weapons

What does this do? The model is fun... but it is only armor 11 and will blow up fast... I would give it a multimelta and hide it so you get a 4+ save in 5E

OK mantle,book,cloak,litany taken.
blessed weapon= to hit reroll+ignore armorsave+str5+i 4 vs eviscerator= i 1 +s6+ 2d6 at vehicles .
I think a PF is useful with str 4/5,not so great at str 3.Also reduces ini to 1 and only 1 pf attack in 5th.
Eviscerators shouldbe attack=stats but i'm not sure if all "works like PF"get this 1 attack (when not paired).
with a blessed weapon i get more attacks earlier and s5 !

Eviscerator as PF for celestians=Ok, add a rhino to move where?I can use it to place hq as support and then play taxi
for sisters to get objectives. holy standart=+1 at 20 is not so bad? holy banner of the ordo=fearless at 50.
I wont take this one.yes only 6" for the +1,will be in if footsloggin, dont need fearless at ld 9/8 units.

stormbolter are only in because those metal figs in the box came with this config.Will drop them.
Books: reroll is good but pricey to take for all sisters (20x6=120!).
exchange immolator with heavybolters and heavyflamers here and go for 4x flamer to max burn
icons may change to book for squad. Also go for selfguided missiles at transports not exorcists if taken.

hes the witchhunter and psyker of the list. Yes alone he got a red bullseye on him.
Is in to counter psykers. kombibolter/crossbow and psi-ammo to hurt at shooting (ignore armorsave or invulsave),
hexfield and psi to get psykers to roll if near him. ok he needs a retinue to be effective as inquisitor.
Is not a must have for me.

you suppose meltaguns to shoot at armoured targets-ok.Rhinos are an option if they drop to 35.
I just wonder what will happen to flamers(ignores cover at 4th) when 5th is out.
will turn to meltaguns on foot and insert rhinos if cheaper at 5th.Must have a lot of heavy flamers if ignoring cover saves.
:S some work to redo sisters for meltaguns (not available today and all weapons merged with them).

dont mix-ok get 4th HB. use immolator with HB also.Enlarge heavy weapons squads to get hits away=will not work in 5th.
If seen gets damage=no hiding for pricy gear.OK contribute wounds could spare a heavy the second hit but you roll at
different equipment,so no exchange to save HB.
