As I read the BoC book, a "Bray" is a pitiful beast (likely an ungor) who was born without any horns at all. A bray shaman is presumably then, an ungor pitifully born without horns and yet gifted in magic and able to kick ass via spell. And yet every bray shaman model I've ever seen looks like a fully-horned gor with a hood. Is there something I'm missing here?
