All criticism welcome. Point-cost whistleblowers especially appreciated. I think I like this list...it at least seems better in the 5th edition environment than any possible list in 4th...

With the nerfing of Force Weapons and that fact that Independent Characters with their retinues can't be picked out in Close Combat, I think downgrading to a Brother-Captain would be better here. Thats what I'm planning on doing with my Demonhunters, I don't think I'll miss the I5 much. If I mind myself missing the extra wounds I'd just add more Termies to the Retinue. Also, the Grey Knight hero can only take one psychic power. I'd ditch Hammerhand and just equip one Termie with Thunder Hammer/Storm Shield for free. Also models in Terminator armor can't take a Targeter.

Kind of a perplexing unit to me, looks like you want these guys for Close Combat when Grey Knight Terminators are much better for the job. I either use the Mkkerr pattern Retinue from Bell of Lost Souls or just go tri-melta or tri-plasma.

This is ok, why 2 full squads of Stormtroopers? For 40 points more you can have 4 min sized squads and double your plasma guns and scoring units in that section.

I'd downgrade the Grand Master to Brother-Captain, trim points from Inquisitor group and drop the Dreadnaught for a second Land Raider.

Thanks Kadun! That's all great advice.
I'm stuck here in the mountains currently, so I have none of my gaming supplies with me. Thanks for correcting my mistakes on GM wargear!
I haven't had a chance to glance over the 5th ed book myself, again because I'm several hundred miles from any hobby shop. Can you give me a 'legal' summary of the nerfing that happened to force weapons? I was counting on it for nullifying monstrous creatures...
As far as the Storm Trooper squad sizes, I generally stick to larger squads for morale purposes. I'm not exactly sure how much morale has changed, but bigger squads mean those special weapons have more padding, they're tougher to shoot off of an objective, and carapace armor, while nice, favors more bodies since so many weapons cut right through it.
Why do you recommend the other Land Raider? I was thinking the same thing, but wonder if we're on the same wavelength. Having a 120-odd point dreadnaught throw his weight around is kinda fun, since you don't risk much in losing it...

A note on the =I= retinue;
These retinues are more favored by 5th as long as you can obscure them. They have crappy basic saves vs. shooting, but with screening it's greatly ameliorated. If I take a larger terminator retinue, my idea was to have the Termis obscure the =I=. I've found that terminators, while powerful, tend to kill things *too* fast and then get singled out, so having another HTH unit as backup is sorta nice.
That, and the melta guns are icing on the cake. It seems like =I= Lords will be a lot more effective and thus fun to use on the table top under 5th Ed rules...

Callidus will quite suck with new CC rules tho, pile in and swamp her.

The nerf to Force Weapons in 5th is that on a successful psychic test, Force Weapons get the "Instant Death" rule instead of removing all the target's wounds. Same overall effect, but now you can't kill things that are immune to "Instant Death", i.e. 'Nids in Synapse, any Demon, any Space Marine that takes an Adamantium Mantle, etc.
As far as Land Raiders go, I'd recommend two because of the "Rule of Two" and the fact that Land Raiders are very hard to destroy in 5th edition with the new Vehicle Damage chart and cover saves.
