Someone mentioned that in the new rules, if there are two models with different toughness, the higher is taken, (I have seen Necron players like this new rule for Tomb Spyders with one Scarab base).

Is this true? If so, can you now attach a Farseer/Avatar/Autarch to a Wraithlord to get T8?
