How well scaled are the fantasy Orc Warriors and Black Orcs compaired to the 40k Ork Boyz? Would they all fit together pretty well?

The standard Orc Warriors box and the 40k Space Orks mesh 100%, head, torso and arm joints are exactly the same.
40K players often use the Fantasy Orcs mixed in as Snake Bites.

BTW, the plastic Boar Rider legs on the Orc command sprue look great as flying Storm Boy Legz.

I have no idea on the Black Orc box set.

Yes, the black orc bits fit with the ork boyz.

A mate of mine has his burna boys done up with black orc heads.

They fit together entirely.

So do Imperial Guardsmen and Empire Soldiers come to that.
