Got some extra time on my hands, so I wrote out a Kult of Speed army. I think this is a pretty fast, decent, and vehicle-heavy in my opinion. Very fast, however. Did I mention it was fast? If you scroll down you will see a rather fast army. I'm pretty sure I told you it was fast. Fast Fast Fast.

It's pretty simple, really. The Rokkit Koptas are there for some anti-tank potential. The 2 Kopta squadron with the Buzzsaw is there to tie up heavy weapon squads and potentially wipe them out. The Buggies are there for some more anti-infantry punch, though I doubt they'll be surviving too long. The Biker Bosses zoom forward to mess up command squads, and the two can join forces when met with a monstrous creature. The Trukk Boyz want to zoom at full speed into combat, so I included no brakes for my Trukks. Who needs brakes for when your crumpin' humies?

BTW, the first three of the Trukk Boyz squads are Sluggas while the last two are Shootas.

Let me know what you think, I'm not using this army for myself but I have a friend who will potentially run a Kult of Speed, it will be his first 40k army too so I want to give him a good idea of what he should use.

Dont you need some backup trukks so your boyz wont be fleeing too fast when one gets blown up?

Looks like a nice list ^^

Trukks are dedicated transports, so you can't buy them separately without a unit that has it as an option.

Moz:
You: "Hold on, you rammed, that's not a tank shock"
Me: "Ok so what is a ram, lets look at the rules."
Rulebook: "A ram is a special kind of tank shock"
You: "So it's a tank shock until it hits a vehicle, and then it's a ram, not a tank shock, and then it goes back to being a tank shock later!"
Me: "Yeah it doesn't really say any of that in here, how about we just play by what's written in here?"

Please dont, its really not that good when you already got a 4+ cover from shooting and would only get to use it in CC.

I sugest a stickbomb chucker upgrade on the trucks. Means ur boys count has having stick bombs when charging things in cover. I admit im not sure what the rule is on 5th ed but was a cheap upgrade.

40k - Orks (lots), Nids, Elder, Necrons, Demons, Space M

WFB - Orcs, Demon Nurgle (not updated), Zombie Pirates/ Vamp Counts, Tomb Kings, Wood Elves

LOTR - Uruk Hai, Rohan

in 5th frags make you strike in initiative order. its now a waste of points since orks will almost always strike last anyway

Yes, but having a Warbike not only gives a 4+ Cover save, it also gives a 4+ Armor save, so the Cybork Body is really unnecessary.

Cyborks are a waste either you win or die in assault not survive unless your really lucky, but most of the time with a warboss on bike luanching an assault he will win almost everytime
