I have seen leaked information on other marine characters and was wondering if anyone has seen anything on Pedro. Btw I vote Pedro for the new Emperor of mankind. Makes sense as the new fluff I have seen has the Golden throne failing.

RULES: He, uh, has a S5 AP3 'stormbolter' and a S10 powerfist. Also ... hmm ... 2+ artificer armor that counts as invulnerable against S5+ and that banner on his back makes all space marines within 12" reroll their armor saves as well as making them fearless.

EDIT -- I forgot the part about Kantor's "Combat Tactics": all boltguns, bolt pistols and heavy bolters add one to the number of shots they would normally fire. This is totally fluffy as the Crimson Fists fight Orks and there are a lot of those guys that need killing.

Based on what I have heard about the Charmanders character that actually wouldn't be as absurd as it sounds.

Funny enough his storm bolter is rumored to be AP3 or it may have more shots.

His Chapter Doctrine is rumored to allow vets to score as if they were troops, other rumors is that the vets count as troops. These rumors have been posted on warseer and BnC a couple of times. Not much else about him though.
