The Saints of Revelation. My own. Planning on doing the entire chapter.....no I'm serious.

Most of the wolves are passable, but the stuff for your "friends" is pretty good. The Saints and the guy I'm assuming is your wolf's leader are sweet. Love the hair on that guy.

Like the wolves, you use alot of colors but they all tie in nicely. I also like your saints...very cool power claw.

I'm lovin' the Saint's plasmagunner - very nice. And where is the IG Commissar/Commander with the Power Fist from? Is he a scratch-sculpt?

yeah, he is basically the guy out of the Baneblade box with a fist from the metal commisar. A little green stuff...cool posing....presto! Thanks for the comments.

How do you do your white helmets?

Just a couple coats of Astronomicron Gray over a black base, with Skull white highlites...all my colors are straight up Citadel paints

With the chapter you are doing, do you plan on batch painting or are you going super-detail on the army?

Your saints are quite awesome, and I like the classic look of your space wolves. Sometime they'll have to battle my Crimson Hawks. So, do you just hafta rely on the labels on your paint if your colorblind?

I do actually rely on the labels alot....keeps me straight. Heck yeah we need to duke it out and take lots of pics...cause the hawks be jammin....you should try and make it to the daphne store fri night at 9 for the midnight madness. and trooper....yes, as insane as it sounds i am going to try and super detail over a thousand Saints of Revelation...and their support!!! Might want to just lock me up now!

TKDT.....if you actually knew any cops, or should I say if any cops actually knew you, you wouldn't be posting on Dakkadakka cause they would throw you in the slammer in a heartbeat.......if only for being a Dark Angel player

Excellent work I love the faces on your scouts and your Wolf Lord (first pic, Im assuming a wolf lord, and did you build those beards and hair yourself or were they part of the model?) and I will try your way of basing snow if one other doesnt work. Welcome to the forum too, always glad to see another son of Russ here to share mead and glorious war stories with Also kudos on the electric effect on the powerfist on the saint termi.

yeah I started GS ing hair and beards cause I got tired of the same 5 heads on every sprue. I delved into the fantasy range for some, then finally said "screw it, I'll do my own." With all the baldies in th SM range it was alot easier than I thought it would be. And of course, they come from a land of ice and snow (sorry zep) so just the baldies was out of the question. Incidentally the pelts were even easier to GS than the hair...just way time consuming.

The Commissar is the best imo, but the Saint Marines look great too.
