Can a Dwarf Lord with Shieldbearers also take aa Oath Stone? I have found nothing in the book that says he can't, but Army Builder will not allow it. I know army builder is not flawless, but I was just wondering.

Check page 50. You can either take an Oath Stone OR Shieldbearers.
And yes, while technically the "OR" operator can be inclusive as opposed to exclusive, if we start using it as inclusive, the game will go to Hell. I think in this case it's safe to say that it's exclusive.
