Just for a the record- yes I was banned from B-town, but not for the reason listed. I was banned originally for arguing with Linrandir, the main mod there, over some of B-town posting policies. Six months after the heavy handed mod banning, I went to check my record and it inaccurately stated that I was using alternate names. This is completely wrong.

I Contacted Linradir and brought it to his attention. He looked into it and agreed that it was inaccurate and it would be corrected. I waited for 6 weeks and it was never corrected. I contacted Linrandir a second time and brought the item to his attention. Again, he agreed that it was incorrect and promised it would be fixed. He also promised that I could return to B-town in good graces. Another 4 weeks went by and they didn't correct the fallacious listing.

Since then, I have played this game two more times with the staff at B-town. It has never been corrected, despite their assurances that it would be. When I rejoined, I even sent Linrandir an email announcing my intention to rejoin. They never commented upon it, nor made move to exclude me from rejoining.

So, to clarify- that listing of the reason for the ban is FALSE. I was banned for arguing with the mod on the site. If you have any concerns, anyone is free to visit and check my Ebay rating- 100% positive. My ebay ID is Little_LeadMen. Second, with anyone that has done business with me, I always provide my address, email, and phone, so the customer can contact me with any concerns. Over the last two years I have sold $4600 worth of painted armies, $1300 worth of rare and used figures, and $1200 worth of custom painting services for people. Long time lurker, finally registered. I've had dealings with Jonathan and "Linrandir". "Linrandir" seems to make sport of suspending and banning "arguers." I've seen it, and I've even experienced it a few times over the years. Never had a problem with Jonathan, though he could've become some scamming uber-daemon since our last transaction in.. I want to say 2003?

This is a bit of thread necromancy, but FOR THE RECORD:

BARTERTOWN FINALLY CORRECTED ITS MISTAKE REGARDING MY REFERENCES. All of the previous false accusations and ugliness have been eliminated and the record on Bartertown is now correct.

I bought 5 limited cast Adeptus Custodes models from Jonathan Harman off this site. They cost me 150 dollars, although there was no feedback rating system I still got what I paid for post haste. I would do business with Jonathan again.

Since we're practicing Threadomancy (tis the season!); and since we're clearing the record, I'll hop in here.

First, facts:
1. Lin does not own Bartertown.
2. Lin has NO access to the ITL trade reference database's admin functions.
3. The situation regarding LittleLeadMen is in fact two-fold. First, he was banned from the site following an argument regarding our ad posting policy. Second, please see #5 below.
4. There is no email or PM in my records that indicate he was 'welcomed back' tabula rasa to Bartertown. If another admin said something, they didn't CC me on the email.
5. As I stated to LLM in an email, there was another user whose identifying characteristics were a virtual match for his. As we prefer to be proactive in identifying scammers (this individual was violating copyright law with some of his for-sale items), I went ahead and made that call. As it turns out, I was in error.

Wait, what? Did someone on the internet just admit they were WRONG? Servers are going dark everywhere...dogs and cats living together...THE APOCALYPSE IS UPON US!!!

Does this mean I have to turn in my Internet Membership card?

As far as the other user who claims to have run afoul of me? Sir-or-madam-but-assuming-sir, I'm a stickler for sound logic and well-reasoned arguments on both the letter and intention. I can only assume that you missed this part of the site rules:

Do Not make me ask for you to provide evidence. If you appeal something without evidence you are wasting everyone's time.
