A Mek w/ forcefield is a much better 2nd HQ than zog. He's a huge force multiplier.
Rokkits are a must, and you might specify if you're taking slugga or shoota boyz.
The stormboy squads are going to make or break the army. If your opponent can handle them, you're probably dead. If not, you'll get him tied up fast enough to start everything else pouring in. Just remember, though, they're only as good as the cheaper boy and costing twice as much. Orks die fast these days, more of them is never a bad thing.

Why the bosspoles?
If you have lost 20+ orks in order to need the bosspole, the squad is dead anyway.
I'd squish the two squads of 20 orks into one squad of 10, then use the left over points to buy 9 rokkits for the 3 boyz squads.
I assume these are shoota boyz and not slugga boyz?
without Da Vulcha boys, you cannot assault the turn you deepstrike, which means that 20 6+ armor saves need to survive a turn before they can assault, which is not very likely.
alternativly they set up on the table, but still need to survive a turn of shooting which can be difficult since they don't like being in area terrain.
it looks risky to me.

ALWAYS take bosspoles on your squads with PK nobs in them. The squad is really just a bunch of ablative wounds for the PK which dies last. As long as there is a Klaw, you want that squad staying around. 5 points for that reroll is a bargain!

Always take a bosspole, because you MAY use your mob size instead of your leadership. Being fearless kinda sucks sometimes in 5th.
BTW as for HQ's take Grotsnik and Big mek w/kffp
