So is there a consensus in the 40k community as to how to refer to the new rulebook? BGB2? Big Red Book? Big Orange Book (BOB)?

It's still pretty grey.
I'm calling it BGB still.
Though if we're voting I'm definitely going to consider BOB. "What? You don't believe me? let me get my BOB!"

If we're gaming and have a rules debate and you suggest that you pull out your Battery Operated Boyfriend (that is what BOB stands for, BTW), I'm going home. LOL
I think I'm going to call it the BMBOGR:
Big Mighty Book of Game Rules
(BoMB OGRe for short)
"You don't believe me? Let me just get my Bomb Ogre!" (Sounds cooler LOL)

BRB works for me. The rules, the rule book and the 5th edition book are also cool.

BRB seems like it should be short for "Be Right Back", which makes sense as I'm sure we'll have play interrupted on a regular basis to look up stuff.

Its a tough one, because BRB is already taken as a common usage acronym for Big Red Book for WHFB.
I kinda like phoenix's idea though, as I feel the same way.

Are we that unintelligent that we need two different abreviations?
How come we can't use BRB (Big Rule Book) for both systems?
