I Started using FP with a SC in 4th i even got the upgrade for the model ... so when i started reading the 5th ED i though i'd have to take them off as unless prisms lost theres no point in taking it.

I just finished reading the FQA ... we can, i quote,

Q. Can a Fire Prism that contributes its prism cannon
still fire its other weapons at an enemy target?

A. Yes, but when firing, the player must also declare to
which other Fire Prism they are contibuting their
beam to.

this sound like it should be a give but i have had some people complain that the prism is still firing so i shouldn't be able to shoot the SC ... your thoughts please

My thoughts are that the FAQ takes precedence over what people do or don't like, unless you're using house rules.

this seems to clear for people to be able to complain, the FAQ plainly states, you can contribute the boosting effect to another prism's shot while also firing any other weapons at a seperate target.

Ha you think thats bad wait till you play Apoc and get 6 Prisms shooting that unlimited range 10 in Str D pinning pie plate of doom... (Someone wanna explain why its pinning cause its already going to kill just about anything under it..)

Because that Carnifex really needs to consider the path he took that brought his life to that point. Only until he rolls under a 10 though.
