Glamour forces our opponent to roll a Leadership test when he is about to use a ranged attack against your troops, with that said if your playing against "Orc Boyz" and they are a group of 20 or so could they ever fail this Leadership test? Thanks in advance or your help.

Leadership, like most other stats, caps at 10 (6, BBB) so the orks will fail on a roll of 11 or 12.

If i'm not mistaken- ork boys are Fearless when they reach a certain number- thus making him automatically pass all leadership tests. If someone knows the exact magic number for orks- feel free to post.

this is correct, an ork mob with 11 or more models is fearless (assuming it has the Mob Rule! special rule)

Fearless =/= immune to Leadership tests. They automatically pass Morale checks, and cannot be Pinned (though they may voluntarily Go To Ground). That does not mean they automatically pass all Leadership tests, so the Glamour will still affect them - though, good luck getting it off.
