Yes, there will be an updated INAT FAQ to cover any nitty-gritty issues that GW doesn't get into their FAQs.
However, if you read the fine print at the end of the most recently updated GW FAQs you'll see that they're asking for submissions, so anyone in "the community" who is really concerned about the state of 40K should take some time to compile their questions, write them out succinctly and submit them to GW.
Posting them in the submission thread above is also a good idea so that if GW doesn't include them in their FAQs the can still be addressed by fan FAQs like the INAT FAQ.
