Came across this little beauty on Chest of Colours, can anyone help me identify the conversion parts for the head and perhaps the sonic blaster? I'm thinking the pipes are a scratch build but not sure. Thanks in advance

The head looks like a Dryad head from the fantasy range.
Can't help on the guitar, though... I doubt that it's GW. Ot looks like a guitar that had a new Greenstuff surface put on it.

I know the OLD Slaaneshi marines played "guitars," but -as I recall- these were guns made to resemble guitars... but still guns.

Did you try emailing them and asking? You'd be surprised how many people will simply spill their secrets if you ask.

Thanks, I had the original Slaaneshi noise marine with guitar & recently cashed it in on eBay, so I know the look. I was this close to getting the new sonic weapons bitz pack, but this conversion really got me thinking. I agree the guitar is most likely something unusual with judicious GS added, I'd still love to know what it was. Might try emailing, couldn't find a link to that particular artist's contacts on the site when I looked last night.

The head is from the Fantasy Dryads sprue and the guitar neck is as far as I can tell, from a Dark Eldar Incubus' back pack spines.

Many thanks for the spot. I've got Dryad heads on the way already (praise be to eBay), and now looking for an equivalent similar-looking large scale head for their accompanying DP. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for the input.
