In my honest opinion, if you want to make a IG Gunline, this is a good way to do it.

You aren't worried about cover saves. You will simply make the enemy take so many of them, he will die anyway.

15 Lascannon shots.
12 Autocannon shots.
27 Heavy Bolter shots.
4 Missile Launcher / Grenade Launcher teams.
5 Flamer / Triple Grenade Launcher teams.

You mitigate the BS3 uselessness on as many guys as you can by using blasts on the last two sets of guys.
19 S3 Blasts and 4 S4 Blasts every turn on an advancing enemy, really does hurt.

The flamers are last ditch point blank defense.

And for the purists, look no hands! (I mean, no last chancers or any other 'gimmicks' which seem to bother some IG players.)

It even has a good model count, 133 guys.
