I think you want to try for 5+ dispel dice if you can and 2-3 scrolls. The magic of Vampire Counts and Daemons makes the old scroll caddy with 2 dispel scrolls not enough.

it i would say around 5-6 dice, and 2 scrolls, but against magic ritch armies i would suggest 2 more dice and atleast 1 more scroll.
