Daemon Prince - Wings, Mark of Slaanesh, Lash

14 Plague Marines - 2 Plasma with AC with Power Fist

8 Plague Marines in Rhino with Extra Armour, 1x Flamer, 1x Melta with AC with Power Fist

10 Noise Marines in Rhino with Extra Armour, 9x Sonic with AC with Sonic, Doom Siren and Power Weapon

2x 2 Obliterators

Seems very small....is it too small?

it is very small, but chaos armies tend to be very small.

its an ok list. 22 plague marines is a pain to deal with. have both of their special weapons the same type, flamers or meltas, on the 8 man squad. the noise marines are good, although they probably dont need the rhino.

you should do well against most armies down at your FLGS

To be honest, Extra Armor is a points sink now. Only 1/6 chance of getting a stunned result anyway... not worth 15pts for a 1/6 chance.

I have found that if you're packing 2 meltas in a squad, the AC with powerfist is not needed.. agian just from personal gaming. You could really shave off points in small places and re-work this list.

The Noise Marines are almost 300pts.. way too high. They are a huge bulls-eye in your army. I would lower it to a 8 man squad, 7 Sonics, 1 Blast Master and drop the Rhino. No reason for it since they move and fire 2 shots at 24".

Plague Marines are nasty. I have always loved them, always loved the fluff, l love the models, but I never let them foot slog towards me. Having 14 walking is not worth it. Split the squads and run with Rhinos, or max out the squad and walk them. T5 is great with a 3+, but watching someone pump every shot into them during a game makes you regret walking them. Given the new "run" rules you should be fine though.
