I have been told the most recent FAQ regarding HE states that when 2 models have ASF, you revert to initiative order, and if initiative is the same, you dice off.

(I have not actually seen that FAQ, mind. The only FAQ I've seen says that ASF vs ASF cancels out, so you would treat it as if neither model had ASF.)

So in either case, dice off (they're both I10).

Yes that is correct any model with the ASF special rule with use initiative against those that also have it. In this case they will need to dice off.
