Well this are the 4 lists i ahve in mind, pretty similar the 3 of them but with some changes, i would really thank everysuggestion because i wont have time to test the 4 of them since the tourney starts just when i start to have some free time to play, so no play testing.

The enviroment is mostly MEQ with lots of eldar ( not as many as MEQ), some necrons (counts as MEQ), little IG, almost non orc, tau or nids

One thing that bothers me most is the diversity on opinions about troops. Many people says troops are needed to be maxed, others say that with 3 or 4 tropps you can do if they can last long enough, if you also got enough troops to contests stuff, so...

Well all advice wellcome, thanks a lot

These armies are all over the place.

What is your planned focus?

Mech? CC? Shooty?

You need one, and none of these lists have it.

Stelek is right as always.
Either take the mech route or follow the Eldrad/Avatar hammer & anvil route.
The four variants only vary slightly from each other.

I like this version the best. I would take the Avatar over Yriel so that you can maximize your high toughness units. Then start running the dreadnaughts up the board with the Avatar and the wraithguard. The dragons and the banshees can hang back the first turn and then start moving into position. The pathfinders can hold rear objectives and get support from the mobile units if necessary. Meanwhile, the wraithguard and the dire avengers can steam roll forward objectives and leave the dire avengers on any that they pass though. The jet bikes can hang back in the early game and zoom around to contest things in the late game as can the wave serpents once they have dropped their cargo. All in all it seems fairly sound. Just try to watch out for power fists, they will ruin your day.

Threads should be like skirts: long enough to cover what's important but short enough to keep it interesting.

why do you say i dont have a focus? on the first list avatar, 2 WL and harlis rolling forward is pretty much a good HtH and the 10 WG and 10 DA makes a "solid" shotty part, ok not as huge as IG, but sure IG doesnt have the HtH capability of 1 avatar, 2WG, and 7 harlis nor the rapid fire or assault fire amount the WG or 10 DA can load. with their precision.

the 2 serpents are the only mech part to go where needed when needed, imagin he has a pretador shooting at mw WG, or heavy bolters, or a vindicator in the rear, well, fire dragon get there fast enough to blow them with banshes support, or banshed to assault heavy weapon units.

Hitting everything that threatens the front ranks. Serpents have the mobility to achieve this.

I like the second list, were I to choose one. With those extra points, I would get an Exarch for your Fire Dragons with a Dragon's Breath Flamer and Crack shot, which gives that 113 point unit amazing potential.

I would also have to say at that point that you would want to give the DA Exarch a Twin Shuricat, and make the Wave Serpents more of gun platforms than transports. You could use some more long range AT support, so I would say TL Lances or TL EMLs.

Stelek is far more knowledgeable (and blunt) than I am, so just listen to him, and you should be fine.

Catch me if you can.

You can go mixed, but why?

Run a mech army (serpents, falcons, vypers, jetbikes).

Run a CC army (Harlies in large numbers on foot) with fire support (Fire Prisms are good for this, cheap and kill everything).

Run a foot army (You can do Eldrad/Avatar if you want to, or don't eat the mass fearless wounds this causes and just give yourself embolden warlocks everywhere. Wraithlords are a good choice, gives the other guy something to shoot his heavy weapons at and with Fortune they are a pita to kill; but mostly you want some guardians for punching bags, DA to kill basic troops, any CC aspect for CC support, and that's an army right there.)

You choose your own adventure. There are lots of ways to run Eldar. I'd run Mech Eldar myself, I've enjoyed the best success with them.

Indeed, mech Eldar has lots of tactical options. The missions allow to keep the whole army in reserve if you go 2nd. Moreover, the army is fast enough to contest mission objectives in the (presumably) last turn.
