I can't decide if i like this list with the avatar and 2 harlie squads or the seer council of doom and another farseer. Either way eldrad goes in the wraithguard unit closely supported by the wraithlords. The wraithlords are on anti tank duty as well but are less important in this role if i have the seer council.

Its a solid hammer & anvil approach. I'd take the Jetbike Council as it fits more to the theme.

This is a great list the only. the only thing i suggest is that you drop the jetbike and the EML on the Wraithlord for more wraithguard and singing spears but otherwise good
