Short: yes, you can. Including Teclis would just make it a REALLY strong Magic-heavy HE list.

I feel like this list would be better off using an Archmage (pricey, yes, but has access to the Book of Hoeth).

Those Swordmasters look like they'll get shredded up pretty quick....would it make sense to drop them for an eagle or Shadow Warriors instead to take out warmachines?
