While it's modeled good I find the color scheme of the army to be a bit too gaudy for my taste.

Yup, gaudy and bright - I just wanted something REALLY over the top and bright. I'm now retouching a lot of them due to an unexpected influx of new models. We're going for TIGER STRIPES!!!

The clean yellow is Burntlack graphics spray in a horrible lemon color. Then a yellow ink wash to darken it. That's it!

only one little nit pick .... the lines/grooves should be a different colour... makes a massive difference ...

Mate I love the conversions, how did you do it? the color schemes a little to bright but orange is a hard color to use so what you've done is great!

Nice colour scheme, really stands out.
i like the conversions with the battlesuits, brings a new feel to the lifeless models.
