Can someone describe to be what this does- I have read the rule, but i don't really understand the use for it in game.

Anyone within 6" of the bearer uses the bearers unmodified leadership for any morale or pinning checks.

Or you can choose not to use it.

The book is very good in 5th Ed, since you can be down a -4 of -5 a good bit of time after an assault.

It's a broken piece of 5pt wargear.... I take 6.
