any thoughts probably going to play new marine codex when it comes out but thought i could start testing
with this in the meantime, the scouts were just to fill points so if you have any recommendations
they would be the most likely to come out

That is a problem.

i got more than enough ability to manuever to side armor, i could switch out some of the heavy bolter's in the tacticals and speeders for meltas.

another plus is that typhoon's now just might be heavy 2 missile launchers(based on the latest rumors of the marine codex)

The above poster is right. Give the tactical squads lascannons and leave the heavy bolters for the mobile squads; side armor targetting and horde control.
