Does anyone know if Sakura makes Micron pens with white ink? If not, is there a suitable substute brand?

I believe they have eyeliner in most major stores...

You can try the Pen-Touch series. I did some gold filigree with one of those years ago on Bjorn. It does come in white (and it is made by Sakura).
