An Eldar army without psykers, guardians, no bikes...but including support weapons and a couple tanks.

This army can be pretty annoying. Lots of mobility and fire power, and the support weapon battery are generally not main targets.

Where does the autarch go most of the time? (my guess is in a wave serpent)

Do you use vyper gaps to give cover to the weavers?

Are you trying to generate any cover for the vypers? (can you use the serpents for that?)

Yep, Wave Serpent so if a Land Raider comes up he can try and kill it (basically he's a foil to black templar LR and the only way you can kill a monolith).

Weavers I'd just sit behind terrain and not worry about them getting shot at. If they fold, they fold. So long as they can see you, their scatter is reduced.

Vypers are there for MC, vehicle squadrons, mech hordes, and busting out the can o'whup on infantry hordes.

I don't think the Vypers or the Weavers need cover really, they can sit at range and tickle you to death...most armies don't have a 48" range like this one does.

Call it a paper tiger, if you will.

i like this list, very different to main stream (which IMHO is rubbish)
