sp far my space marine army is 3k, i've been thinking about getting it to 4k but not sure what to get, any advice would be great, this is my current space marine army at the moment.

2 captains

1 chaplin with jump pack

1 librauim in termie armour

5 normal termies

5 assult termies

dreadnought

30 tactical marines

20 scouts

5 assult marines

1 predator destructor

2 land raiders

I'd suggest patiently waiting for the new Space Marine Dex. It comes out Oct 4th and will change a great deal of what is good, what is needed and what you could add. There's a number of new options. Check out the rumors threads for details.

Add 5 more Assault Marines and wait for the new Codex.
By the way, playing 3 Land Raiders is nasty.
