At 1850 I add:

The 1500 pts list looks solid with 4 troop units.
At 1850 pts, I'd add Sammael and beef up the Ravenwing Attack squadron.

lascannonman in rhino looks odd.If the rhino moved,he will do nothing.If the squad prepare to charge,he will still do nothing.

No, its the DA codex. The tactical squads will split into combat units leaving 5 men incl lascannon behind, while the remaining Marines incl melta and Serg go in the Rhino.

It's spread out all over the place with no real focus.

Combat squads suck, you get shot once and everyone you don't want to die is taking saves.

Attack bikes die instantly.
