GENERATION 7: The first time you see this, copy and paste it into your sig and add 1 to the number after generation. Consider it a social experiment
It was the weapon of a Daemon Prince. Not as clumsy or random as a Bloodfeeder; an elegant weapon for a more detailed age. For nearly a two editions, the Daemon Princes were the guardians of variety and flavour in the Chaos Codex. Before the dark times... before the Jervis. H.B.M.C.

Nurgle is fine by itself.
Personally I'd run oblits instead of the termies, but I'm guessing you are dropping them off the icons?
That predator is out of place. Get more for less.

i was thinking of dropping it for a small squad of demons so i could leave them on an objective in my deployment zone and have all three plaque marine squads go for others

I like Nurgle, but there are a few things I would change in this list (more taste than anything).
-Give the Lord a Daemon weapon--basically the same as lightning claws for Nurgle against =/< T4 enemies, but more attacks.
-What is that Predator doing there? Haha IMO, you need more anti-tank. If you want to keep that predator, my suggestion is to change the armaments to a single TL lascannon.

Catch me if you can.

Well, replace the Lord by a DP. The Lord is too vulnerable in cc for power fist attacks. Three large PM squads are scary and hard to take down, while the Predator seems to be a point filler. The Termies should have combi-weapons.

If youre dropping the termies in then they need different equipment. they really need to be shooting the turn they come in. otherwise they wont do anything until turn 3 at the earliest. try something like this:
5 Termies
Mark of Nurgle
Heavy Flamer
4 Combi Weapons
Powerfist x3
245pts
that gives you a little extra ability to kill everything. if you position them well to DS off an icon then you should be really able to rack up some nasty flamer kills.
your list is lacking anti-horde, and the predator doenst really provide enough firepower on its own. think about investing in some obliterators somewhere down the line, as they are capable of both anti-horde and anti-tank. if you are dedicated to a very strict, only nurgle army, then vindicators or havocs would be better.

taking up the mission
Polonius wrote:Well, seeing as I literally will die if I ever lose a game of 40k, I find your approach almost heretical. If we were to play each other in a tournament, not only would I table you, I would murder you, your family, every woman you ever loved and burn down your house. I mean, what's the point in winning if you allow people that don't take the game seriously to live? |

Lord with claws...i'd rather take a sorceror with warptime. But if I chose a sorceror with warptime, why not upgrade him to a prince with warptime?
autocannon on a tank...it won't be better than...two lootas.make the predator a lazer one.
