I think a 3x Monolith, 6x 20 man warrior squad deep striking in list sounds like a better plan. You simply have too few Warriors. You will get eaten alive.

Warriors are nearly worthless with 5th edition. They get swept in CC, and need to get close to be effective. Not a good combo. I figured this list was my best bet. I was thinking about maxing out on destroyers, but I realized that at 2500, all of my heavy destroyers will disappear in a single turn.

If you want Warriors to occupy mission objectives and nothing else, then two squads are sufficient. This is what I figured from playtesting my 2000 pts Eldar army.

I think this will work much more than Flying Circus. Destroyer-heavy lists seem to lose their power above 1850 points in our games, and when Deep Strike or Sv2+ units are involved (or worse, both), the Destroyers lose.
Give it a whirl. I'll throw down my 2500 points of DA and we'll see what happens.
