I suppose that, in real life, the flames look better than in these pics but there's two things about them that put me off;
1) They could use a tad more blending so the different colors aren't SO blatant.

2) You made a very common mistake with the flame colors. Fire is hottest at it's base, ergo, lighter colors at the bottom, darker as it rises and cools.

Great work on the green and that gold looks very rich. Kudos on these minis!
