Varients allowed by my model collection:

Could sub a Bloodthirster for the Heralds (would have to drop a few squad sizes)
Could have any other combination of Heralds as I have models that would work for any of them.
Could sub in a Khorne winged daemon prince.
2 units of 6 daemonettes could go in there somewhere (or one unit of twelve)
Could proxy a defiler for a SoulGrinder if I really wanted one.
Could put Icons in any of the units that allow it.
5 Flesh Hounds are available.
