So, when the tally gets up to 20 with epidemius "all attacks from followers of Nurgle ignore armor saves" - that applies to ranged attacks as well, right? As in Aura of Decay?

If that's how it's worded, sure. I'm pretty sure the intent was different, but I don't think it'll matter.

Does anyone have the codex handy to look up the wording for noxious touch?

Noxious Touch:

"The Daemon and its weapons are covered in the most lethal toxic substance, instantly infection any flesh it touches. The Daemon's close combat attacks are poisoned, wounding on a 2+, as described in the Warhammer 40,000 rulebook."
