Basically from what I read in the 5th ed rulebook I've taken the following:

Roll to hit
Roll to wound
Enemy takes invuln saves if allowed
THEN I decide which model that has multi wounds that also failed a save
Then roll psychic and if I pass suffers ID?

That would be correct.
