Here's some pics from my latest project - an Altansar Eldar army. For some reason, I decided to start the Altansar army with the Dire Avengers. I feel these are almost entirely complete - all that needs to be done is to do the banners for the Exarchs.

For the eyes, one way to avoid the staring look is to first paint the eye area black, then paint the white area inside that, leaving a small amount of black on the edges for definition. The colored part of the eye actually takes up a large portion of the eye area when it is open.
