Can infiltrating or scout units use outflank to appear on the short board edges during Apocalypse games, without taking flank march?

Obviously flank march is "better" because you can appear behind the enemy, but outflank isn't so bad either. Also means the side deploying first would actually GET their infiltrators to actually do something.

I don't see why not. Of course, Disruptor beacons would still affect them.
