A few comments on the list.
First I didn't go pure sisters for a few reasons.
First I don't really have the models and didn't really want to buy them, I'm not expecting a huge turnout so top 3 shouldn't be too hard, I can always change the list before semis.
Second I know the rage is to take celestian squads and what not but with those worth an extra 3 kill points and not really providing me too much of a benefit in my eyes I didn't feel it was worth it, also I think that the elite choices are subpar, fluffy maybe but this is ard' boyz. I considered demon hunters but I felt that I wouldnt get enough for the points I was going to pay, also they wouldn't provide me with any anti tank, which brings me to point 3.
Third Im expecting at least 1 armored company and perhaps another IG and maybe a few land raiders, I know that the meltas give me some but with only 7 tanks I dont think the rhinos will last past 2nd or third turn which is fine with me they put me in a good position but probably not within 12 inches of the battle cannons or predators. Ive also found the exorcists are really more effective when firing at heavy troops e.g. Terminators, Crisis suits... The Imperial guard detachment doesn't eliminate this problem but the 7 lascannons 2 multimeltas and a demolisher cannon helps.
Fourth Last but not least 4 scoring units just aren't enough in 2500 pts even if I added 2 more troops squads I might still be in trouble, acts of faith only go so far. Not to mention sisters of battle are mobile so any objectives in my deplyment zone either go uncontested or I spend a 209 pt troop squad wasting 6 turns on an objective while firing bolters at 24 inches. The IG help eliminate this problem 6 more scoring units, 50 more models, we use alot of buildings at my flgs so they basically sit in as much raised cover as possible while the mobile part of the army goes and takes other objectives and takes out what they can.
As always comments are welcome, especially on the Ig portion, Ive used the sisters part before albeit in smaller games, the seraphim and canoness' might deepstrike if I need them too but more likely theyll serve as a flanking unit while the main portion of the sisters goes up the middle. Thanks in advance for any comments and any tips on style of play would be helpful as well as playtesting just wont be much of an option.

Only vanilla Russes are allowed for inducted guard. "Leman Russ Battle Tank" is a very specific codex entry distinct from "Leman Russ Demolisher."

Depending on how they work KP's you could be toast. Just the two platoons of guard will give up 8 points (i count retinue/character as a troop and only gave 1 point for each).
The 6 lascannons might help a little for long range work but they hit only 50% of the time so you'll get 1 glance/penetrating hit against AV14 per turn. If your facing an AC i'd say you don't have anything like what you'd need.
I do love the idea of the extra guard as objective holders since i'm using a platoon with my DH list to make sure my PAGK's are as mobile as possible.
It's not a bad list i just don't know how it will hold up against some of the tougher lists. Are you really experienced with sisters or are they a newish army for you?

those 410 fast attack points could be much better spent on something much harder, like Allied Demonhunters, I think.
Like a squad of 8 demonhunter termies+psycannon for 408,
or 10 greyknights +psycannons have enough left over to upgrade the lemun russ demolisher to a Land raider?
those seem much harder hitting than 13 sisters with jumppacks even if they have the cannonesses in them. have the cannonesses in the rhinos with the sisters for their massive leadership bonus. the savings of the jumppack costs can also allow you to put some CC weapons on the VSSes.

Good point on the Leman Russ, I will have to change it, itll also free up a few points.
As for the guard thats a good point about them as well the lascannons wont help that much, but its something, they might only kill/weap des/ immob 2-3 tanks a game but thats all they need to do plus them to shoot the guard thats fine, if they kill all my sisters then Im in trouble anyway, but it is a good point about the extra kill points. Im pretty experienced with sisters and I can also use the rhinos to cut off shooting lanes to my guard giving them less opportunity to be shot, while still being able to shoot what they need my sisters should be out of the rhinos by turn 2 so they shouldnt be shot after that, also the seraphim are mostly used to assault for 1 turn then hit and run. Lastly the fast attack Im really not convinced that 8 GK termies are harder than 13 seraphim, the termies are less mobile, and less shooty, they might be better in combat but with no sweeping advance its not a huge deal, plus the seraphim provide extra faith, the seraphim also provide a nice role for this army, that of counter assault/ hit and run, grey knights will not have much support in combat. Also the sisters only come in squads of 10-20 and to take celestian squads so I could use them in rhinos with the canoness' I would need to take HQ instead of Troops which equals more kill points and less scoring units. All of these were solid points, so with everything in mind here is V2 again please comment.

The army basically runs the same I took the weapons out of the IG command squads they will sit at the back of my lines and try to stay out of harms way, kind of a waste of 40 pts I know but better than giving up 4 kill points I think and they can still take objectives on the last 2 turns. Probably the GK and seraphim and 1 cannoness will DS on a flank or behind the lines and work on assault and keeping long range units off of me, or the Gk will sit back and protect my IG while shooting the psycannon and storm bolters. Against horde assault armies mostly orks everything will start on the board and shoot at range until assault time comes. The Leman russ isnt quite as dangerous as a tank killer but it takes shots away from my exorcists and rhinos so I think the 7th tank is necessary. As usual all comments are helpful and appreciated. Thanks to everyone for the helpful words.

Also I understand that 7 tanks is a bit underwhelming for 2500 pts in a mostly Mech force, but with that said, The heavy support will most likely die in the first few turns, and normally the rhinos would die as well but I figure if I can start them behind cover move them 12 pop smoke, and disembark turn 2, I should be fine, they will only get one turn of shooting against a obscured target, and if I go first then all the better. 1-2 get blown up by turn 2 a possibility( if I go second) I can still move 6, run 6, move 6 and still be in a decent firing position by turn 3(24+d6 movement) so I should be fine and I dont know if they can take out 4 rhinos given how everyone fears exorcists, and if they leave the exorcists alone its still a win for me. Im expecting a few chaos so Im not too worried about a ton of lascannons, I dont think anyone plays any GT armies at my FLGS so it should be competitive but not entirely broken.

I really like the addition of a RUss
one of my fav tanks.
24 kill points is a lot but yea not much you can do about it

I'd say find 54 points and make that PAGK squad a GKT squad of 4 w/2 psycannons. Better in combat, better at shooting, can hold the range better and make a better rock unit than normal PAGK's. You could switch the Inferno Pistols to Flamepistols and drop the eviserator to a power weapon. that would free up quite a few point toward switching the units. You are going to have the 2 Cannonesses with the squads so maybe drop a seraphim, just an idea. I'd suggest merging the platoons but that you want that russ so have fun dude. otherwise if your not expecting to much of a turn out like Frg says you should be alright, just go have fun.

Hulk I dont have any GK termies and dont want to buy any so... also I need 2 troops squads from the IG to take the russ so cant do that either. Thanks though
